Video Links

For educators to share in classrooms and for curious people to learn more about the sorting of our recyclables and the incineration of our garbage. Some of these videos are produced by out-of-state facilities, so there could be minor differences in management of materials. (For instance, in Vermont, residents are asked to break down their cardboard boxes before recycling them; we in Salisbury and Sharon are not asked to do that.)

There are many more videos to choose from if you search for a specific recycling topic. There are videos, many geared to elementary students, which follow the remanufacturing of an aluminum can into a new one, glass bottles into new glass, and plastic bottles into new products.
